Applied solutions

CorrPRE has delivered over 400 cathodic protection projects worldwide. From bridges and marine infrastructure to industrial sites and parking structures, our systems are engineered to address complex corrosion challenges with long-term reliability.

Below is a selection of our work. Each case demonstrates how tailored electrochemical solutions have extended service life, improved structural integrity and reduced maintenance in demanding environments.

Contern, Luxembourg – multi-storey car park

Galvanic cathodic protection based on our ZLA system was installed by 4MLux in 2020 on a multi-storey car park structure in Contern, Luxembourg, to protect the soffits of prestressed hollow-core concrete slabs affected by chloride-induced corrosion. The project was completed with an iGAL remote monitoring system.

Italy – viaduct Parchi

Installation of ZLA® (Zinc Layer Anode) on the soffit of a highway in Italy. The joints are always a critical problem as these may leak overtime and cause corrosion of the steel in that area.

Banca di Napoli IT

Façade restauration of the “Banca di Napoli” at Teramo, Italy. Application of ZLA® and RollAnodes on a historical building of over 100 years with old window casings. The casings were precasted and exists of a mixture of cement and fine marble aggregate with loose steel bars. The RollAnodes were custom tailored for the client due to the esthetical requirements.

Fommestraat Margraten NL

Installation of ZLA® (Zinc Layer Anode) on neer the joints and on the columns.

SAA one Project NL

Impressed Current Cathodic Protection of reinforced concrete abutments at the Hollandse Brug Diemen being part of the SAAone project (Amsterdam – Almere) using CorrAnodes and SiliGrout. The anodes are custom tailored to the client’s request with a length of 90 cm and installed with our acid proof SiliGrout injection mortar. Contractor: Vogel KB.
