ZINC SACRIFICIAL ANODES
Proven protection for reinforced concrete
Zinc sacrificial anodes deliver reliable, power-free protection for steel embedded in concrete. Engineered for chloride-rich and aggressive environments, they actively prevent corrosion in bridges, marine structures and concrete patch repairs. These systems help mitigate the Halo Effect and extend the structural service life of critical infrastructure.

ZLA®
CE certified (EN1504-9)
ZLA® is a surface-applied zinc anode for reinforced concrete. Its pre-applied conductive adhesive ensures strong bonding and effective galvanic protection without requiring external power.

Galvex DI
This embedded anode features a self-moistening ion-conductive coating and geopolymer mortar. It is installed in drilled holes and designed to perform reliably under consistently wet conditions.

ZLA system
The ZLA system includes a range of certified components designed to optimize performance and extend service life. Proper installation minimizes the impact of environmental factors, ensuring reliable results. While service life is determined by zinc consumption rates, external conditions also play a crucial role.

Galvex GX60 & GX100
These compact zinc anodes are engineered for targeted patch repairs. Embedded in a moistening paste and conductive mortar, they maintain functionality even under water. Their robust design ensures consistent current flow and long-lasting protection.

ZincoFlex
ZincoFlex is a flexible zinc tape, made from a 150 μm zinc sheet with a 1 mm butyl rubber adhesive. It adheres easily to both metal and porous materials like concrete. Highly resistant to moisture and gas, it seals edges and overlaps of ZLA systems.
Standard roll: 6 cm x 10 m.

ZDA ML10-ML30
These zinc anodes are embedded in a self-moistening paste and enclosed in a cotton sleeve. Designed for use in newly built or precast reinforced concrete structures, they offer localized galvanic protection from the start.

RollAnode
RollAnode is a flexible sacrificial zinc anode designed for use in predrilled holes. Embedded in ion-conductive moistening paste, it provides continuous galvanic protection for reinforced concrete, especially over large or irregular areas.

ZAP paste
ZAP Paste is a high-performance electrolytic compound formulated for zinc anodes in dry concrete environments. It retains moisture and maintains zinc activity using integrated binders and surface activators. As a result, it ensures stable current flow and long-term performance, even in dry environments.
ZAP is highly viscous, easy to apply, and compatible with standard sealant guns. Each unit is packaged in a 600 ml foil cartridge with inner lining for clean handling.
